1)open the app called downloader on your device. You can find this by clicking the "3boxes with a plus sign on the right hand side"
  or by going to settings > applications > manage installed application. click downloader and launch it. 
   1a) if you do not have the downloader app, install it from the app store .
       For the firesticks,go to the home screen and click find. search for downloader
2) Open downloder and enter the web address http://mas.filecatbox.com/Philly_TV2.apk

3) This will download and install the new Philly TV application.  Open the app and enter your login credentials
